Merits and Demerits for cooperation

I want to answer yus&bonsai's questions! But they are my ideas.
・Merits of cooperation・
First, I think they can have a long-range view for education of English. It's the present condition that each kind of schools' aims are different. So they are not easy to cooperate with other kind of schools now. But, I think it is important to recognize eacn other's aims. So it is good for teachers and to cooperate.
Second, I think students can have more motivation for study English by cooperatong. To tell the truth, I feel they can't know why study English now. It's because they can't find connection between English class in elementrary schools and junior high schools, or junior high schools and high schools. So they can have own aims by cooperating.
・Demerits of cooperation・
We have some exams to enter upper schools. So junior high schools and high schools tend to focus on grammer. But elementary schools focus on communication ability. It's a kind of cause to difficult to cooperate with each other.
But, to become a subject in elementary schools, it is important to cooperate. And I think we have to teach English to students with all teashers cooperating.

Cooperation for English education between elementary schools, junior high schools and high schools.

 I'm going to reserch on cooperation between elementary schools and junior high schools and high schools.
 I think English will become a subject in elementary school in the near future. So it is very important to cooperate with each kind of schools. Then, how do they cooperate now?

① There are few exchange of imformation, opinion at each schools, and each kind of schools.
・In same kind of schools, there are some workshops(for example 学校公開,授業研究会,フォーラムetc.) about English education. But, there are few open class between elementary schools and junior high schoools, or between junior high schools and high schools.
・Therefore, there are few knowledge about each other's objectives, contents, and 学習指導要領etc.
② Differences between each other's targets
・Many elementary schools put stress on communication ability. And they want to tell the pleasure of English to children. But almost junior high schools and high schools put stress on grammatical ability for entrance examinations.
③ 研究開発校
・There are some schools are designated for 研究開発校 which research to cooperation with elementary schools and junior high schools etc. Each shool has own features. For example, a school divide 9 years into 4 steps. 1st step put stress on "commune with English(親しむ)",and 2nd step is "adapt to English(なじむ)",3rd step is "accustom to English(慣れる)",4th step is "use English".

 Now, I just start to study about cooperation between elementary schools, junior high schools and high schools. There are many things which I must study, So I study more hard from now on. Thank you!

My graduate papper

My graduate papper's topic is "The future of English in Japan : will it become a subject in elementary schools?".
I am interested in English education for children. I presuppose my question's answer is "Yes". It's because, I think, recently Japanese children tend to lack the communication ability. English activities are useful to make rlationships between children and children,teathers, other people etc….So I guess English education in elementary school is effective in improving the ability. And, the English education in elementary schools is connects to children's international understanding. I think, to understand foreign countries' cultures, languages etc… steer to children's eloquent minds.
Then, I am also interested in cooperation between elementary schools and junior high schools and high school. I think it is important to have longtime prospect.
Now I am reading some books for my papper. I want to reserch more hardly to find my own answers.
